Call for Entries: Highschool poetry contest
Celebrate National Poetry Month with the Bethany Lutheran College Theatre and English Departments & Inkwell! In conjunction with the Spring Production of Shakespeare’s “As You Like It”, we want to read your work.
Celebrate National Poetry Month and Shakespeare’s Birthday with the BLC Theatre and English Departments and student publication Inkwell! Submit your written work and join us for a Poetry Picnic on Saturday, April 12th. Submitted pieces can be things such as flash fiction, prose poetry, or sonnets! PLEASE keep all submissions to 500 words or less. Winning selections will be published on the Inkwell blog, The Well, and physically in the “As You Like It” playbill. Writers are also specially invited to attend a reception on Saturday, April 12th at 4 PM to read their works and mingle with other writers and creators.
